Welcome to our "Choice Pantry"
The Croton-Cortlandt Food Pantry provides a grocery store-style experience for our visitors, who can choose what they want instead of receiving pre-packed bags.
Shoppers make selections from categories that include dairy, baked goods, canned goods, rice, pasta, beans, cereals, and frozen meats. Healthy options are emphasized, including pre-packaged seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables. Choices may be limited at times, however, due to our financial constraints.
Each client knows what their family needs and likes.
Our goal is to maximize dignity and minimize waste.
